Guarantee
What we guarantee
Effective 30 August 2026. Eight commitments, each binding under a policy linked beside it — and then, because a guarantee page without one is just advertising, the list of things we do not guarantee.
Nothing on this page is new. Every promise here is already written into the Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy or the Fair Use Policy, and each links back to the document that binds it. It is gathered here because those are four long documents and you should not have to read all of them to find out what we will actually stand behind.
The commitments
Eight things we will do
- Fourteen days, no card. You get the product with your own number and your own contacts before any payment details exist. If it does not suit you, nothing happens when the trial ends — there is no charge to stop.
- Nothing renews automatically, ever. We keep no card on file and no plan rolls over. There is no cancellation you can forget. When a paid period ends, it ends. (Terms)
- A billing mistake is corrected in full, with no time limit. A duplicate charge, a wrong amount, or a charge for something you did not agree to comes back in full whenever it comes to light. Fixing our own error is not a concession. (Refunds)
- If we said it works and it does not, you get your money back for the period affected — whenever it happens, not only in the first week. This is what makes the availability labels on every capability mean something. (Refunds)
- Every capability is labelled honestly. Available, needs configuration, or planned — in the product and in its documentation, checked automatically against the code so the labels cannot quietly drift from reality. We would rather tell you something is not ready than sell it and apologise later.
- Your data is yours and leaves with you. We claim no ownership of your contacts, conversations or documents, never sell personal data, and never use your customers' conversations to train AI models. Ask and we provide a copy; ask and we delete it. (Privacy)
- Nobody at Automix browses your workspace at will. If we need to look inside to help you, the product asks your permission, the request expires unanswered after 72 hours, an approval lasts 24, and you can revoke it instantly. (Privacy)
- A named person is accountable. Dr. Vivek Trivedi, at vivek@automixai.in. Refund disputes, data requests and complaints reach him, not a queue. There is no ticket system to disappear into.
The other half
What we do not guarantee
A guarantee page that only lists promises is an advertisement. These are the limits, in the same plain terms:
- No uptime figure. We monitor the service and work to keep it running, but we publish no uptime percentage and offer no service credits. Inventing a number we cannot stand behind would undermine everything above it.
- No guarantee of AI accuracy. These features draft, summarise and suggest. Review what matters before it goes out. Nothing an Automix workspace produces is medical, legal, financial or tax advice, whatever the workspace is named. (Fair Use)
- No control over Meta's decisions. Meta can restrict or ban your WhatsApp Business number under its own policies. That lands on your account, we cannot appeal it, and following the Fair Use Policy is the real protection.
- No guarantee of commercial results. No number of leads, no conversion rate, no revenue figure. Anyone in this industry guaranteeing those is guessing about your business.
- No security certification. We hold no SOC 2, no ISO 27001, and have completed no external audit. The Privacy Policy lists both the controls we have and the ones we do not, including that there is no two-factor authentication yet.
- No promise that every workspace is finished. Several specialists are in build or specified but not live. Those are marked as such everywhere they appear, and they are not what you are buying.
How to hold us to it
If we fall short
Email vivek@automixai.in and say which commitment on this page was not met. We acknowledge within 2 working days and reply with what we found and what we are doing about it.
If the answer involves money, the Refund Policy governs it and its timings apply. If it involves your data, the Privacy Policy does. If you are not satisfied with how a complaint was handled, say so and it is reviewed again by the person named above — and, for data matters, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India without our involvement.
Questions
Straight answers
Is this a money-back guarantee?
In defined situations, yes: the affected period in full whenever a capability we advertised as available does not work, pro-rata if we remove something you pay for, and any billing error corrected in full. It is not a change-of-mind guarantee — the fourteen-day trial is the window for that, which is why it asks for no card. We would rather name the situations exactly than imply an unconditional promise we do not make.
Why is there no uptime guarantee?
Because we would be inventing the number. We are a small team running a young platform, and WhatsApp delivery also depends on Meta's availability, which we do not control. A guarantee we could not stand behind would devalue the ones we can.
What if a capability I need turns out to be 'planned'?
Then it is not part of what you are buying, and it is labelled that way before you buy — in the product, in the documentation, and on the agent's page. If something labelled available does not actually work, that is a different matter and it is refundable.
Can I get everything out if I leave?
Yes. Your data is yours, we provide a copy on request for 30 days after an account ends, and we delete it when you ask. There is no one-click export bundle yet, so we compile it by hand — which is why we ask for up to 30 days.
