What Mitra does

Six ways it turns what you know into a plan.

Mitra is an AI virtual assistant. You supply the business; it supplies the structure, the options and the reasoning — in writing, so you can disagree with it in specifics.

Calendar keepingBooks, moves and protects time, and flags a clash before you accept it.
Reminder settingTurns loose promises into timed nudges that arrive while you can still act on them.
Task capture and sortingTakes a brain-dump in any order and returns a sequenced list with due dates.
Routine reply draftingWrites the short repetitive messages you send constantly and waits for your approval.
Meeting preparation notesAssembles who you are meeting, what was last agreed and what is outstanding.
Daily and weekly digestSends one summary of what is done, what slipped and what comes next.

Why it is needed

The plan is in your head. That is the problem.

What happens now

The small tasks are never the problem one at a time — it is that more of them arrive than anyone can hold in their head. So the follow-up is forgotten, the meeting gets booked over lunch, and the thing you promised on a call last week surfaces only when someone chases it. By the time the admin is clear, the work you actually meant to do that day is still waiting.

What Mitra changes

You tell Mitra what needs doing, in whatever order it occurs to you. It sorts the list, puts the time-bound items on a calendar, sets reminders that arrive before they matter rather than after, and drafts the routine replies for you to approve. Anything it is unsure about, it asks.

What you see

One quiet dashboard, and nothing leaves it without your tick.

Today's schedule down the left, an approval queue of drafted replies in the middle, and a short list of what slipped and needs rescheduling. A digest arrives each morning, and every drafted message waits behind a tick you control.

Honest limits

What Mitra will not do

Limits we hold on purpose. A strategy tool that hid them would be easier to sell and worse to rely on.
