What Guru is, and is not
Guru holds the plan. You hold the decisions.
It does not manage people; performance conversations and decisions stay with you. It does not reassign or reprioritise anybody's work without your approval, and the estimates it tracks are your team's own.
Works with
The problem, and the turn
Today
Work is tracked in whichever tool each person prefers, so the only way to know where a project stands is to ask everybody. Dependencies live in people's heads, which means a task waits days on something nobody knew it needed. Milestones slip a little at a time and nobody notices until the deadline is next week.
With Guru
Guru maps the work into milestones with owners and dependencies, so a delay shows up as a delay the day it happens. It runs the routine follow-up — who owes what, what is blocked, what changed — and gives you one status view instead of a meeting about status.
Honest limits
Limits we hold on purpose. They keep the plan honest and the decisions about people yours.
What Guru can do
From the first milestone to the written procedure that stops the work depending on one person.
What you see
A milestone path running from where you are to the next delivery, with an owner on every step and blocked items marked. Beside it, a workload view by person, a change log of what moved, and a procedure library for the work that repeats.
